Tianlong Pan, male, born in 1956, college diploma, Chinese communist party member, engineer. Join SBARC in 2017.1, and in charge of Engineering group. Designed in collaboration with institute of ordnance up 1990 produced heavy ordnance store a ton of balance forklift, obtained the general logistics department of science and technology progress third prize in 1993.Again in 1997 in collaboration with institute of ordnance nether library dedicated stacker crane design the ordnance, obtained the general logistics department of science and technology progress third prize in 1999.In 2003 to participate in the research of high purity aluminum, in 2005 took part in Chalco Guizhou branch industrialization of high purity aluminum project work. In 2007, Nantong TADE high purity aluminum project implementation. Become the only domestic production of high purity aluminum enterprises. Jointly develop and implement the high purity alumina project in 2014.During this period were two utility model patents, in one invention patent.

Xiang-hui Wan, male, Han nationality, born in July 1979, master degree, position as SBARC Research and Development Department supervisor.In 2005, graduated from Shanghai Jiaotong university School of Materials Science and Engineering. Since 2006, work as full-time researchers in School of Materials Science and Engineering SJTU. Mainly engaged in aluminum melt purification, fine and high purity aluminum purification technology research, application and development work. In 2006-2007, participate in liquid aluminum electromagnetic continuous purification, aluminum melt impurities removing cooperation project of China aluminum co., LTD. In 2008-2011, Nantong TADE implementation of super high purity aluminum for industrialization of technology and equipment. From 2012 to 2015, ZHONGFU industrial pure aluminum purification technology industrialization. In 2016 as a research and development of joint research center director, mainly responsible for the ore aluminium company the implementation of the industrialization of pure aluminum and the development of joint research center for advanced aluminum alloy materials, etc.

Min Zhang, male, born in October 1986, MSc in Materials Science & Engineering, Shanghai jiaotong university master of engineering. Director Assistant and Project Department Supervisor in SBARC, mainly responsible for daily project management and external business contacts.

Hua Wang, male, born in 1988, is currently the chief engineer of advanced aluminum alloy joint research center, School of materials science and engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Mainly engaged in advanced aluminum alloy smelting and casting technology development and formulation, has a wealth of practical experience.

Shusheng LU, male, born in 1987, master in Material Engineering. He  currently is appointed as the laboratory supervisor in Shanghai Jiao Tong University-Baise Baikuang Advanced Aluminum material Research Center(SBARC), he is mainly responsible for laboratory management in SBARC and related work in material microstructure analysis , property testing and the evaluation of the casting process.  Since 2012, as a project engineer of Institute of Solidification Science and Technology(ISST),has participated in 973 project and Shanghai Association of Sience and Technology related research projects.

Haijun Cai SBARC  mechanical engineer

Haijun Cai, Born in Jan.1987, Bachelor, be a mechanical engineer in SRBAC since 2012 and responsible for the development of equipment used in aluminum refining industry. From 2012 to 2015, be in charge of industrialization of aluminum purification at Henan Zhongfu industry Co.,Ltd. Since 2016, as a project engineer of SRBAC and  be responsible for development of experimental equipment.

Wei Zhang，Bachelor of chemical engineering and technology at Shanghai University of Engineering Science and The second Bachelor of international business and trade at Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade. From 2012 to 2015,be a salesman at Shanghai Huafon microfiber material co., LTD. 

Since 2016, Chemical Engineers at SBARC,Mainly responsible for the aluminum purification experiment,the development of flux used in molten aluminum,Chemical detection and analysis.

Jin Tian, male, was born in April 1992. A bachelor’s degree, graduated from xi’an petroleum university in metal materials engineering. He is mainly engaged in the technical work of aluminum alloy material development. At present, he works as a development engineer for aluminum alloy materials at the research center, his main responsibilities include the development and technical improvement of various aluminum alloy materials and the formulation, optimization and stability of the middle-scale production process in the products.

Jiani Guo, female, 1990.05.Undergraduate course graduation. Work as financial commissioner, mainly responsible for the payment, accounting treatment, capital of overall planning, contract filing and other related affairs.

Ping Lin, male, born in Feb. 1981. High school, senior technicians. Main job including Casting, aluminum purification, equipment operation etc.

Xudong Zhang, male, born in January 1971.The highest degree is high school. Mainly responsible for casting, casting preparation, purification of pure aluminum, etc.
