How do we use aluminum?

Aluminum's flexibility, strength and light weight make it attractive in many different applications.

alloy

Customized products for different requirements

Aluminum alloy is a mixture of aluminum and other metals. Aluminum alloys are usually made of reinforced material.

When other metals are added, the properties of aluminum change. These metals can give aluminum more strength:

Strength, brightness, extensibility, formability

Aluminum is light, tough, corrosion resistant and cracked. But aluminum is a powerful building material, and it needs to mix a small amount of other metals. When mixing the proper ingredients, the strength of aluminium can be equal to that of steel, but its weight is still only 1/3 of the weight of the steel. Aluminum alloys are often used in engineering structures and components which require lightweight and corrosion resistant materials.

The most common elements used in aluminium alloys are magnesium, silicon, manganese, zinc and copper.

The development of aluminum alloys is the basis for further metal processing and the characteristics required for the metal market. The alloy is crucial to meet the specific needs of customers, the leading supplier of hydropower construction and aluminum products packaging, transportation and printing market. To meet the customer's particular alloy requirements, the advanced aluminum alloy material joint research center is dedicated to providing aluminum alloy research and development services in the fields of packaging, transportation and construction.

The alloy can be customized to meet the needs of each customer and is often developed in close cooperation with the customer. Our expertise in metals enables us to help our customers improve their range of products.

Extrusion products

Extrusion means the heating of the steel ingot under the pressure of aluminum and pressing through the extrusion of a shape like finished. Squeeze the tube out of the toothpaste.

Pure aluminum is for limited commercial use only. Most of the aluminum alloy is made of aluminum and other metal alloys.

Precision tube

Precision tubes are an innovative solution for a wide range of aluminium sources. Precision tubing is often used in heat transfer applications, in other words, heat moves from one position to another. These applications are used in automobiles, refrigerators, air conditioners, ventilation, solar power generation and heating systems

Rolling material

Hydropower is a large producer of aluminum rolls. We supply virtually all applications in aluminum, from solid, ultra thin aluminum foil containers.

We supply approximately one million tons of rolled products each year. Our oriented electrical aluminium products are of high strength and low weight and provide great potential for light weight".
